We can respond to your inquiries by fax, e-mail, or any other method that is convenient for you.

STEP3

Provisional Contract / Arrangement

Once the model has been narrowed down, we will discuss the specifications in more detail.
The discussions will cover a wide range of topics, such as maintenance details, whether or not options will be added, the operating environment, installation space, and the schedule for test runs and production visits after delivery.
As the final step, we proceed to discuss the delivery schedule and confirm the terms of the transaction.

Formal Agreement

After the customer’s intention to purchase is determined, a formal contract is concluded after confirming the advance payment based on the order agreement, contract, and the terms and conditions of our company’s regulations.
